I want to make sure that my clients are not getting and average inspection, but one that exceeds their expectations. All the major components of your property will be inspected including the roof, electrical system, foundation and HVAC and much more.
I will answer all of your questions before, during and after the inspection. You will have a really good idea after the inspection if there are any major concerns. We will go over those concerns in a way that you will understand. I won’t talk above you or below you because our communication is essential to you knowing the information that is required to make an informed decision. You will receive your detailed report within 24 hours of the inspection, but typically the same day.
